Organizing the Valley. Building Labor Power.

The Rio Grande Valley Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO brings together unions from across our region to advance the interests of working people. We coordinate collective action, support organizing efforts, and strengthen solidarity across affiliates. Through advocacy, leadership development, and strategic engagement, we work to build a stronger, more just Valley for all working families.
