Party on!

The SAG-AFTRA union ratified its new contract by a big margin. Three major nationwide strikes have been successful this year. The Communications Workers have announced a tentative contract for airport passenger service agents. Union folk all over the area are holding holiday parties through the end of the year. Check with your union for times and places. Time to celebrate!

KNON radio holds its annual music festival and toy drive from noon to six on Saturday, December 9, at 13054 Coit Road in North Dallas. The Texas Alliance for Retired Americans chowed down at the Charco Broiler restaurant in old Oak Cliff  on December 6. It was just splendid!
